Northbound2020 wanted to launch a groundbreaking app, OPTISCANr, designed to revolutionize the eyewear shopping experience by offering personalized, perfectly fitting eyewear through advanced technology. However, the existing brand identity was traditional and classic, which didn’t reflect the innovative, young, and dynamic nature of the app. The challenge was to transform the brand’s visual and tone of voice into something fresh, bold, and accessible, while still remaining professional and aligned with the cutting-edge nature of the technology.
We reimagined the visual identity for OPTISCANr, updating their logo, color palette, illustrations, web design, and tone of voice. The previous design was traditional and conservative, so we created a vibrant, bold, and illustration-focused universe that reflected the fun, personalized, and user-friendly experience of the app. We made the interface intuitive and engaging, ensuring that users felt confident navigating through the app while also having fun customizing their eyewear. Our goal was to make the app not only visually appealing but also accessible and easy to use, empowering users to find their perfect pair of glasses effortlessly.
